Minister Deadra V. Ross, a native of Charleston, South Carolina, is a proud parent and loving grandmother who has dedicated her life to serving Christ and uplifting others. She is a graduate of C.A. Brown High School and Wattersons Business College, and her journey of faith began with an unwavering belief in God’s presence throughout her life. Known for her loving, caring, and dependable nature, Minister Ross is steadfast and enthusiastic in her walk with Christ, inspiring those around her with her devotion and faith.

Since 2016, Minister Ross has been a faithful disciple of Destiny Worship Center under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Larry D. Goss Sr.

Her journey within the church began humbly in the children’s ministry, where she taught the Word of God with commitment and tenacity.

Her exceptional dedication led to her being entrusted with directing the church’s yearly Vacation Bible School (VBS), where her leadership brought in over 250 attendees, many of whom dedicated their lives to Christ.

Minister Ross currently serves as the director of the Feed the Sheep Ministry at Destiny Worship Center, a program that has provided over a million pounds of food to families in need within the past year. Her compassionate heart extends into several other roles at the church, including serving on the Praise Team, the Culinary Ministry, and as the Vice Chairwoman of the House of Hope in North Charleston.

In addition to her work at Destiny Worship Center, God has opened new opportunities for Minister Ross to serve with gratitude and purpose in Breakfast with the Lord Ministries under the visionary leadership of Reverend Kim Myers. Here, she shares her faith, wisdom, and passion for God’s Word, touching the lives of many. Minister Ross also lends her talents to the National Recording Music Award-nominated Sound of Destiny Choir, directed by Minister Jason Singleton, where she continues to use her gifts to glorify God.

Minister Ross is deeply inspired by her favorite scripture, 2 Corinthians 5:7“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” She firmly believes that “Serving the Lord will pay off afterwhile,” a principle that drives her to encourage others to trust in God’s promises.

With a heart for ministry, Minister Ross’s ultimate desire is to encourage and empower the masses through the living Word of God, helping to build them in spirit and truth. Her life is a testament to the transformative power of faith and service, and she remains committed to spreading God’s love in all that she does.
